Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is seeking a Service Training & Customer Education Programs Manager for the EMEA region. The role focuses on building scalable, data-driven learning solutions that strengthen skills and accelerate product adoption, while enhancing customer experience.

The position is fully remote in the EMEA region, reporting to the Senior Director, Service Transformation Office EMEA, with collaboration across global teams and external learning partners.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and strong English communication.
• Experience designing and managing training programs across multiple countries.
• Proven project and stakeholder management skills.
