Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a hands-on Email Marketing Manager with strong Klaviyo expertise to drive engaging campaigns for D2C and e-commerce brands. This is a full-time, fully remote role based in Italy, granting ownership from planning to execution.

You will build and optimize campaigns, flows, and pop-ups, collaborating with designers and leadership, while leveraging AI tools to boost efficiency, creativity, and measurable revenue. Benefits include a 40-hour week and 20 days of leave.

Qualifications

• At least one year of intensive, hands-on Klaviyo experience.
• Proven ability to independently build and manage email campaigns, flows, and pop-ups.
• Copywriting experience with ability to drive conversions.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills for multiple projects.
• Fluent written and spoken German is essential.
• Experience in e-commerce or marketing agency is a plus.
• Ownership mindset and accountability for results.
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
• Customer-focused approach to support client success.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor multiple email marketing projects with deadlines and priorities.
• Brief and collaborate with design to develop engaging email creatives.
• Write persuasive, conversion-focused copy tailored to brand audiences.
• Build, configure, and manage campaigns, flows, and pop-ups in Klaviyo.
• Support customer communication across WhatsApp and print mailings.
• Use AI-powered tools to automate repetitive tasks and improve workflow.
• Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to boost engagement and revenue.
• Take ownership of outcomes and proactively solve operational challenges.
