Bobcat EMEA is seeking a District Manager for a remote role to strengthen our dealer network across the region. You will be a trusted business partner, helping dealers grow, perform, and deliver outstanding results for Bobcat and customers.
This senior, hands-on position requires building relationships, spotting market opportunities, and turning strategy into action with a focus on sales, forecasts, and market insights.
Competenze
- Strong commercial background in sales and dealer network development.
- Experience in industrial sectors is advantageous.
- Excellent stakeholder management and ability to build strategic plans.

- Own and develop strong relationships with an assigned dealer network across the region.
- Work closely with dealers to build practical business plans, support growth, and improve performance.
- Regularly visit dealers and customers to stay close to the market and understand business needs first-hand.
- Set, monitor, and drive sales and financial targets in line with business objectives.
- Builds accurate forecasts and uses market insight to anticipate changes and opportunities.
- Collaborates with internal teams to ensure strong execution across the territory.
