Bobcat Italy seeks a District Manager to strengthen the dealer network and drive the long-term growth for Bobcat and customers. You will be the trusted partner for dealers, helping them grow, perform, and deliver results.

This senior, hands-on role focuses on building strong relationships, spotting market opportunities, and turning strategy into action. You will set targets, build forecasts, and coordinate with internal teams for strong execution across the territory.

Qualifikationen

• Strong commercial background in sales or dealer development.
• Experience building dealer networks across regions is required.
• Fluent Italian and English with excellent communication skills.
• University degree and 7–10 years of professional experience.

Aufgaben

• Owns and develops strong relationships with an assigned dealer network across the region.
• Works with dealers to build business plans, support growth, and improve performance.
• Regularly visits dealers to stay close to market needs and opportunities.
• Sets, monitors, and drives sales and financial targets with forecast accuracy.
