Job summary

BYD Europe is seeking a Network Development Specialist to support the dealer network operations and development in a dynamic, international automotive environment. You will assist in data management, reporting, and cross-functional coordination across Sales, Marketing, and After Sales teams.

The role offers exposure to multiple business activities, with a focus on operational excellence, process improvement, and proactive stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in similar roles in structured/multinational companies.
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
• Analytical & problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
• Excellent proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a collaborative mindset in international environments.
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
• English language proficiency (written and spoken) for international communication.
• Applicants must belong to protected categories under Italian Law 68/99.

Responsibilities

• Provide Operational & Administrative Support to daily department activities.
• Coordinate Dealer Network communications and information sharing.
• Collect, organize, and update business data for reports and dashboards.
• Support monitoring of internal processes to improve efficiency.
• Assist in gathering customer feedback and service quality indicators.
• Provide project coordination support and track deadlines and deliverables.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, After Sales and other teams.
• Contribute to network development initiatives and departmental objectives.
