Job summary

AGCO Corporation is seeking a strategic Brand and Sales Leader in a remote role based in Italy. You will drive brand development, manage the dealer network, and align campaigns to grow volumes and margins across markets.

You will oversee training, performance coaching, and quarterly reviews, while ensuring the brand standards and training programs are implemented effectively across all dealers. Strong English/Italian communication is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of sales experience in agricultural machinery.
• In-depth knowledge of dealership functions.
• Strong English and Italian communication; German is a plus.
• Proficient with Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Salesforce.
• Ability to lead and develop a sales team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the local brand team and dealer network.
• Drive volumes, margins and market share through campaigns.
• Define dealer business plans and monitor monthly progress.
• Coach staff and ensure training through AGCO Academy or partners.
• Maintain brand standards and inventory budgets.
