Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Data Protection Sales Specialist to drive DP/BC/DR/CR revenue remotely. You will build and manage relationships with customers, channel partners, and internal teams across a broad portfolio, including Zerto and related data protection solutions.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in field software solution sales, experience with VARs, and a consultative approach. This role emphasizes complex deal cycles, matrixed organizations, and a strategic, ROI-focused

Competenze

• Minimum 5-7 years of field software solution sales experience.
• At least 2 years selling data protection and/or BC/DR/CR solutions.
• Experience working with VARs and selling to mid-to-large accounts.
• Consistently exceeded quota objectives.
• Knowledge of MEDDIC/MEDDPICC is a plus and matrixed org navigation is preferred.

Mansioni

• Drive revenue growth across Data Protection DP/BC/DR/CR portfolio in assigned territory.
• Collaborate with internal sales organizations to create opportunities and augment pursuits.
• Coordinate pipeline hygiene with account managers, presales, and channel partners.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline and account plans with internal tools.
• Negotiate and close profitable deals with high win rate.
• Build consultative relationships with clients up to C-level for mid-to-large accounts.
• Position HP offerings against competitors and leverage industry trends.
• Develop channel relationships and enablement for key technologies.
• Lead and coordinate Zerto and Data Protection marketing campaigns in line with strategy.
• Act as trusted solutions consultant for accounts/region.
• Articulate HP strategy and portfolio to partners and new logos.
• Create compelling ROI/TCO narratives for customers and drive opportunity.

Formazione

5-7 years field software solution sales experience

2+ years selling data protection/BC/DR/CR

VAR/ reseller sales experience

MEDDIC/MEDDPICC familiarity
