Satispay is hiring a Data Analyst for Growth & Marketing in Lombardia, Italy. You will drive data-led decisions across acquisition, engagement, retention and monetisation, partnering with marketing, finance and product to deliver actionable insights.

Build dashboards, contribute to the data mesh, and advance AI-enabled analytics while owning end-to-end experiment testing. We value hands-on data modelling, ETL work, and strong SQL/Git skills, with exposure to HEX/Looker and notebook environments.

Qualifications

• 4 years in data-related roles across BI, Business Analytics, or Analytics Engineering.
• Hands-on experience in high-volume or big data environments.
• Data modelling, ETLs and data transformation layers.
• Experience with Data Mesh is a plus.
• Strong SQL and Git required; dbt and notebook analytics are a plus.
• Experience with HEX, Looker or similar reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive decision-making through data across the consumer funnel (Acquisition, Engagement, Retention, Monetisation).
• Partner with Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Product to translate analyses into executive recommendations.
• Build dashboards and reports communicating insights to exec-level and operational teams.
• Contribute to the federated data layer and data mesh architecture.
• Promote AI-powered agentic workflows for data transformation and exploration.
• Own end-to-end testing pipeline from opportunity identification to experiment design and results.
