Satispay is hiring a Senior Data Analyst - Product in Lombardia, Italy. You’ll own the domain data, turning user behaviour into actionable insights and shaping the experimentation roadmap.

You’ll partner with Product, Design, Engineering, and Operations to drive data-informed decisions and build self-service dashboards across teams. You’ll use SQL and Python, work with dbt/Hex/Looker, and apply AI-powered workflows to automate recurring analyses and reporting.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in product analytics, data analytics, or BI roles embedded in a consumer app, fintech, or payments environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the domain’s data: define and evolve KPI framework across activation, adoption, usage, retention, monetisation, risk and cost signals.
• Turn behaviour into insight by deep-diving user funnels and journeys to identify drop-offs and unmet needs.
• Drive experimentation with PMs and Designers to shape hypotheses, metrics, and test design.
• Support product decisions end to end: size opportunities, build business cases, measure post-launch impact.
• Build dashboards and self-service tools (Hex/Looker) for real-time visibility.
• Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, and Operations to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Enhance analytics with AI-powered workflows for recurrent analyses and automation.
