ShopFully is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to partner with Product, Data, and Business teams on measurement and decision-making. You will define KPIs, build dashboards, run A/B tests, and translate data into persuasive business narratives.

Strong SQL, Python or R, and BI tools are essential, with Databricks or Snowflake familiarity. You will coach analysts, apply AI-enabled workflows, and influence stakeholders across multiple functions in a hybrid Milan-based setup.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience as Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or Analytics Lead.
• Strong SQL skills and working knowledge of Python or R for data analysis.
• Advanced knowledge of data visualization and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Familiarity with modern data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake).
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to automate analytical workflows.
