Job summary

TransPerfect seeks a Language Lead to translate, proofread, and manage quality for Life Science projects. You’ll lead a team of linguists, maintain TMs and glossaries, and ensure high standards before client delivery. Remote freelance role open to worldwide candidates.

You will collaborate with Project Managers, handle feedback, and ensure accuracy and regulatory terminology across CTD topics. A strong lead or reviewer background is ideal.

Qualifications

• Meet one of the degree/experience criteria listed.
• Experience translating life science or regulatory documents is preferred.
• Strong English and Simplified Chinese writing and editing skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as client-facing linguistic contact and uphold professionalism.
• Review client complaints, identify root causes, and document corrective actions.
• Maintain language assets like TMs and glossaries across accounts.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and lead a group of linguists.
