Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Channel Presales Technical Architect to grow technical advocacy for storage solutions across partner networks. You’ll be the trusted advisor, helping partners position, design and deliver storage and data protection solutions that translate to pipeline and revenue growth.

You’ll join a role combining deep storage architecture with partner enablement, working with partner engineers and sales teams on live opportunities while building long-term partner

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or related technical field.
• 5+ years of technical presales experience with a major storage vendor or storage-focused channel partner.
• Hands-on experience with architecture of complex storage solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build strong, lasting relationships with partner technical and sales teams, and become their go-to resource for HPE storage.
• Grow the number of partner engineers who can position, demo and design HPE storage solutions through enablement sessions, workshops and hands-on labs.
• Identify and develop technical champions within partner organizations, supporting their progress through HPE certifications and partner program requirements.
• Represent HPE at partner events, tech days and customer-facing briefings.
• Join deep-dive discussions with partners to understand needs and translate into architected solutions.
• Deliver presentations and demos that tie HPE capabilities to business outcomes.
• Support PoCs and solution configurations that meet requirements.
• Develop competitive strategies with partners to win against competitors.
• Work with account teams to generate and progress storage opportunities.
• Keep pipeline information current and ensure smooth handoffs to implementation.
