Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a B2B Meta Ads Creative Producer (Contract) based in Italy for remote, part-time hours. You will own ideation and production of paid social ads for established DTC brands, delivering 4–10 new Meta ads weekly using existing footage, stock assets, and text overlays.

You’ll test hooks, formats, and platform-native trends to optimize performance. You will collaborate with a paid media team, interpret performance data, and pitch new ideas to sustain testing diversity and

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating paid social ad production (static, carousel, short-form video).
• At least one case study showing brief, concept, execution and measurable results.
• Strong understanding of creative diversification and genuine new concepts vs. variations.
• Awareness of social media trends, hooks, formats, sounds across Meta, TikTok, YouTube.

Responsibilities

• Review account performance and use creative data to develop new ad concepts.
• Produce 4–10 new Meta ads weekly across formats.
• Build creative using existing footage, stock assets, and text overlays without on-site production.
• Maintain a diverse creative mix across concepts, angles, formats, personas, and messaging.
• Monitor emerging trends and platform-native creative styles across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Iterate on high-performing creatives using performance data.
