Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking an AI Video Editor based in Italy to produce high-volume, conversion-focused video content for paid social campaigns. You will edit UGC-style videos, testimonials, product demos, and founder-led content while leveraging AI-driven tools to speed ideation, scripting, and production.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience editing direct-response video ads for direct-to-consumer brands.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating successful paid social video advertising.
• Solid experience creating static advertisements for Meta and other paid social platforms.
• Proficiency with editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere, and/or After Effects.
• Working knowledge of Photoshop.
• Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools (ChatGPT, Runway, Pika or similar).
• Ability to work quickly and deliver multiple assets per week.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Edit short-form direct-response video ads for Meta, TikTok, and other paid social platforms.
• Develop multiple creative variations by testing hooks, angles, CTAs and messaging.
• Write/adapt scripts and copy for video concepts focusing on engagement and conversion.
• Use CapCut, Premiere, After Effects to produce high-quality creative efficiently.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation, scripting, editing, and production workflows.
• Produce multiple static ad variants for testing with different headlines and layouts.
• Source, organize, and manage creative assets for campaigns.
• Coordinate with strategists and growth teams to respond to performance feedback.
