Job summary

OnTheGoSystems is seeking a hands-on, AI-native marketer to own marketing and shape how we operate. You’ll leverage AI agents, automation, and our analytics stack to deliver real marketing work and show tangible results.

This is a technical role where you’ll work directly with clients, understand our business, and decide where marketing should focus next. Remote, with strong autonomy and ownership.

Qualifications

• Experience using AI agents, automation, and AI workflows with concrete results.
• Hands-on with the technical side of marketing and comfortable with tools.
• Curious and takes time to understand customers and the business before proposing solutions.
• Able to work across different marketing areas and turn ideas into action.
• Experience marketing technical products (software, SaaS, WordPress, or similar).
• Able to work independently in environments with changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own SEO, GEO, and AEO initiatives and measure impact.
• Lead content collaborations with partners, authors, and bloggers.
• Market to existing customers, focusing on retention and expansion.
• Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns across channels.
• Analyze client data to identify opportunities and drive improvements.
