EverAI is seeking an experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our fully remote team. You will own and optimize the affiliate program, recruit partners, monitor performance and maximize ROI across channels. Reporting to the Head of Partnerships, you’ll deploy Everflow, Looker Studio and SEMrush to analyze data, build funnels and scale growth.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing and management
• Proficiency in affiliate marketing platforms and networks
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decisions
• Advanced knowledge of digital marketing tactics across channels
• Proficiency with reporting tools (Everflow, Looker Studio, SEMrush)
• Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills
• Ability to optimize processes for ROI

Mansioni

• Manage, maintain and grow relationships with affiliates, ensuring they are consistently informed and supported
• Oversee onboarding of new affiliates and smooth integration into the program
• Monitor affiliate performance, generating reports on traffic, conversions and ROI
• Analyze affiliate results to identify improvements and scale campaigns
• Research and recruit new affiliates and partners to expand the network
• Troubleshoot affiliate-related issues and provide timely solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored affiliate funnels for max conversion
• Regularly review and improve affiliate communication and management
