EverAI is a fully remote AI company redefining companionship and growth through its affiliate program. The role focuses on managing a global network of affiliates, optimizing campaigns, and driving ROI across channels for scalable growth.

The candidate will lead onboarding, recruitment of partners, and data-driven optimization while collaborating with internal teams to maximize conversions and performance.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing and management.
• Proficiency in affiliate marketing platforms and networks.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decisions.
• Advanced knowledge of digital marketing tactics across channels.
• Advanced competence with tools like Everflow, Looker Studio, SEMrush and reporting systems.
• Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting.

Mansioni

• Manage, maintain and grow relationships with affiliates and partners.
• Oversee onboarding of new affiliates and smooth integration into the program.
• Monitor affiliate performance, generate reports on traffic, conversions and ROI.
• Analyze results to identify improvements, optimize campaigns and scale opportunities.
• Research and recruit new affiliates and business partners to expand the network.
• Troubleshoot affiliate-related issues and provide timely solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored affiliate funnels for maximum conversion.
• Regularly review and improve processes for affiliate communication and management.
