Base360.ai is seeking a Founding Growth Marketer to accelerate adoption among short-term rental operators and property managers. You’ll own growth channels, experiment quickly, and build our growth engine from the ground up.

Work directly with the founder, own a channel end-to-end, and turn interest into demo bookings and paid customers. This hands-on role offers ownership from day one and a path to lead a growth team as we scale.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced growth roles for SaaS.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Familiarity with paid ads, SEO, outbound and content strategies.
• Ability to own a channel end-to-end and drive measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Own a growth channel end to end and drive strategy and campaigns.
• Generate qualified leads and demo bookings across channels.
• Understand customer workflows of property managers and renters (B2B SaaS).
• Run rapid experiments and scale what works.
• Apply AI to research, copy, targeting, content, and automation.
• Build high-converting funnels and landing pages.
• Collaborate with the founder on positioning and messaging.
• Track metrics: leads, conversions, CAC, and pipeline contribution.
