Job summary

Principled Intelligence is seeking a Head of Growth & Marketing to define and execute its global marketing, communications, and growth strategy. Reporting to the CEO, you will build the marketing function, align with sales and tech teams, and drive organic and paid campaigns to expand international presence.

You will shape positioning, brand, and reputation while leveraging AI tools, with a focus on outbound and inbound demand generation. Remote-friendly, with a Rome office available.

Responsibilities

• Strategy and positioning: Define the value proposition, priority audience segments, and messaging for three target audiences: the broader AI/tech community; risk and compliance leaders.
• Brand and communications: Shape the company's identity and image through content, media relations, founder communications, and events.
• Organic marketing: Build presence on LinkedIn and other channels, drive content marketing, SEO, and visibility in AI answer engines, newsletters, and communities.
• Paid marketing and acquisition: Plan and optimize digital campaigns, ABM initiatives, retargeting, and partnerships.
• Demand generation: Work with the sales team to generate qualified demand and improve conversion paths from first interaction to demo requests.
• Process innovation: Integrate AI tools and automation into research, production, distribution, and analysis.
• Budget and performance: Set priorities, allocate resources, and track metrics linking activities to awareness and growth.
