Job summary

Leica Microsystems, a Danaher operating company, seeks an Account Manager North Italy to accelerate growth in medical devices across neurosurgery, ophthalmology, ENT, spine, and plastic surgery. Remote within North Italy, reporting to the Sales Manager Italy, you will drive a strategic plan and cultivate key partners.

You will travel within the territory, build a robust pipeline, oversee channel partners, and deliver strong sales results while aligning with our Medical Division’s objectives.

Qualifications

• Degree in Biomedical Engineering (or equivalent).
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience with Channel Partners (agents/distributors).
• Willingness and ability to travel within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a sales strategy for the North Italy territory to achieve targets.
• Plan and conduct regular visits to customers to assess needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Manage Channel Partners and drive their sales force to meet targets.
• Review sales funnel and prepare reports on performance and opportunities.
• Maintain accurate pipeline updates in SFDC to support forecasting for Medical products.
• Ensure territory management from a commercial, technical, and application perspective in collaboration with the medical division.
