CooperSurgical is recruiting a Territory Manager for Italy North, based in Milan. This field-based role covers private clinics and hospitals with a focus on operating rooms and delivery suites.

You will drive product adoption, engage surgeons and OR staff, and coordinate KOL initiatives while traveling as needed and reporting activity to the Regional Manager. The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in field sales in a surgical/OR environment, strong core sales skills, and fluency in Italian with good

Competenze

• Knowledge of the Medical Device area and operating room.
• Knowledge of gynaecology and women's healthcare desirable.
• Fluent in Italian and good level of English.

Mansioni

• Sell to surgeons and OR/L&D staff in private clinics and hospitals.
• Explain benefits of CooperSurgical products in clinical practice and operating rooms.
• Plan and execute sales strategy to meet territory goals; report weekly/monthly activity.
