Qualifications

• Excellent territory planning and organization.
• Customer focus and stakeholder management.

• Business acumen and strong communication.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CRM tools.
• Fluent Italian and good English (written and spoken).
• Degree in business or science preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cover private clinics and hospitals in Italy North, focusing on OR and delivery suites.
• Engage surgeons, OR staff, and nursing/admin to drive product adoption.
• Plan and execute sales strategies to meet regional goals.
• Maintain CRM with timely activity and reports to the Sales Manager.
• Participate in national/regional congresses and training sessions.
• Travel as needed, including international travel.
