Job summary

Masimo, a global medical technology company, seeks a Clinical Sales Representative to grow Masimo’s presence across hospitals and private healthcare institutions in Italy. The role covers Emilia-Romagna and Marche, works remotely, and reports to the Regional Manager.

Qualifications

• Degree or professional qualification in Biomedical Engineering or equivalent medical field.
• Experience in medical devices, clinical support, or healthcare sales.
• Fluent Italian and good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with hospitals, clinics, clinicians and other healthcare stakeholders in Emilia-Romagna and Marche.
• Drive sales growth and identify new business opportunities for Masimo’s patient monitoring technologies.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including account qualification, product demonstrations, clinical evaluations, negotiations and post-sale follow-up.
• Provide clinical expertise and support for Masimo products in critical care environments such as ICU, OR, NICU/PICU or Emergency Care.
