Cross Border Talents is seeking motivated Italian-speaking customer support specialists for a 100% remote role based in Greece. You will assist customers via phone, email, or chat, providing product information with empathy and resolving issues efficiently.

No prior experience required; full training is provided. You should have Italian at C2 and English at least B2, strong communication, and the ability to work independently from a home office with a stable internet connection.
