Cross Border Talents is seeking Italian-speaking remote customer service agents to support clients from Greece. This full-time role offers 100% remote work from anywhere in Greece, with full training and an international team.

You will respond by phone, email, or chat, troubleshoot issues, provide product information, and escalate complex cases. Requirements include native Italian (C2) and English at least B2, strong communication, and the ability to work independently from a home office.
