Medtronic is seeking an Educational Manager to define and execute the regional Training & Education strategy, ensuring alignment with marketing and customer needs. The role drives clinical adoption, capability, and field performance by designing scalable learning outcomes and educational pathways.

You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure education acts as a strategic lever for adoption, engagement, and governance, while managing budgets and ensuring compliance across

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in Training & Education, professional or clinical education, sales enablement, or capability development within MedTech, healthcare, or a surgical environment.

Mansioni

• Define and execute the regional T&E strategy aligned with marketing objectives and customer needs.
• Design structured educational pathways to support procedural adoption and clinician progression.
• Own and deliver hands-on training programs, managing capacity and ensuring optimal utilization.
• Identify capability gaps with field teams and translate into scalable learning solutions.
• Build relationships with faculty, key opinion leaders, and training centers for high-quality delivery and governance.
• Lead planning and execution of educational programs including clinical training, workshops, and blended learning.
• Manage T&E budgets, timelines, and performance metrics with data-driven improvements.
• Ensure all activities comply with internal policies, healthcare regulations, and quality standards.
