Baxter International Inc. is seeking a Director of Commercial Training & Enablement to lead comprehensive training strategies across Western Europe and CEEMEA for Advanced Surgery products.

You will shape learning, sales readiness, and leadership development, partnering with regional and global teams to drive performance and patient outcomes. The role will oversee a team of five Senior Training Managers, manage budgets, and deliver scalable learning solutions that accelerate customer engagement

• Demonstrated success leading commercial training, sales enablement, or capability development teams.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders in a complex matrix environment.
• Strong strategic planning, business acumen, and change-management skills.

Mansioni

• Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial training and sales enablement strategy for WEU and CEEMEA markets.
• Lead onboarding, certification, and leadership development programs to accelerate performance.
• Drive adoption of selling methodologies and customer engagement best practices; ensure readiness for launches and transformations.
