Medtronic is seeking a senior marketer to grow the Head & Neck portfolio across Western Europe. You will lead launches, develop market strategies, and drive adoption by partnering with surgeons, distributors, and regional teams.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree preferred.
• Min 4 years’ experience in downstream marketing in medical devices or healthcare.
• Demonstrated cross-regional experience.
• Strong ability to influence and align stakeholders without direct authority.
• Proven project management and execution capabilities.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and analytical skills.

Mansioni

• Drive growth of Medtronic’s Head & Neck portfolio across Western Europe through customer engagement, clinical support and market development initiatives.
• Lead product launches and commercialization activities, ensuring adoption of current and future innovations.
• Identify market trends, customer needs and competitive insights to inform strategy and growth plans.
• Partner with regional Sales and Marketing teams to execute growth strategies and achieve revenue targets.
• Develop product positioning, customer segmentation, value propositions, and marketing materials.
• Build and maintain relationships with Head & Neck surgeons and cross-functional stakeholders to advance clinical, educational and commercial objectives.
