Baxter Healthcare seeks a Director of Commercial Training & Enablement to lead WEU learning and sales capability initiatives. You will partner with regional leadership to accelerate sales effectiveness, product adoption, and customer engagement across WEU and CEEMEA for Advanced Surgery.

The role oversees onboarding, product and clinical education, leadership development, and launch readiness, guiding a team of five Senior Training Managers and external partners to deliver measurable business

Competenze

• Proven success in commercial training, sales enablement, or capability development.
• Experience influencing senior leaders in a matrixed healthcare environment.
• Strong strategic planning and organizational capability development skills.
