HONOR is seeking a Regional Retail Training Manager/Specialist to shape the regional training framework for West European markets. You will develop digital micro-learning content and drive training enablement across smartphones, tablets, wearables, and IoT products, using agile, high-converting delivery tools.

The role emphasizes Train-the-Trainer programs, retail scenario enablement, and measurement of training impact on sell-through.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in retail training or retail enablement, preferably regional Europe or multinational.
• Fluent in English as working language and able to deliver trainings and presentations.
• Portfolio required: ability to script, camera-ready, and edit short videos.

Mansioni

• Develop high-impact digital training content for smartphones, tablets, wearables, and smart audio.
• Lead Train-the-Trainer programs for national trainers and field supervisors across Europe.
• Create tailored sales modules focusing on premium smartphone conversions and ecosystem cross-selling.
• Manage regional training modules on store staff apps and monitor engagement metrics to tie to sell-out velocity.
