Hitachi Energy in North Italy seeks a Service Sales professional to drive service sales, protect the installed base, and collaborate with regional and cross-functional teams. You will build long-term relationships, manage service offerings, and contribute to growth targets and customer satisfaction.

This role requires experience in service sales, installed base management, and a strong understanding of Hitachi Energy systems and products.

Competenze

• Bachelor in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in service sales including installed base management.
• Understanding of Hitachi Energy systems and products.
• Experience in the energy sector.
• Analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel to North Italy 2-3 days per week.

Mansioni

• Drive service sales and protect the installed base across North Italy.
• Build long-term customer relationships and manage service offerings.
• Forecast sales accurately using SFDC and improve data quality.
• Negotiate major contracts to secure service order volume.
• Identify and pursue new service opportunities and installed base potential.
• Collaborate with Business Units and account teams on service offerings and data.
