Competenze

• More than 3 years of experience in direct sales and sales management.
• Previous experience working with electric substation equipment; client-facing experience presenting transformers solutions is a plus.
• Fluent Italian and English

Mansioni

• Support the Sales team and customers through the sales process, expanding knowledge of products and markets.
• Participate in sales strategy discussions, set short- and long-term goals, and negotiate Product Group budgets and marketing plans.
• Identify customer needs and competitor offers via market analysis, and demonstrate value of products and services.
• Provide technical support, product presentations, and training on products, solutions and services.
• Own specific customer cases to ensure issue resolution and analyze lost proposals to improve competitiveness.
• Conduct sales performance reviews and report sales activity to assist production planning.
• Prepare offers in coordination with the quotation department.
