adidas is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Italy to drive store performance by supporting the Store Manager in daily operations and retail standards. You will lead on the shop floor, deliver a premium customer experience, and develop the team for growth.

Competenze

Minimum 18 months of experience in a retail environment with supervisory responsibility.
Strong team leadership and coaching skills.
Solid understanding of retail operations and store processes.
Strong analytical skills to interpret KPIs and drive performance.
Good knowledge of Visual Merchandising principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office.
Fluent in English and Italian.

Mansioni

Oversee daily store operations including sales, service, replenishment and compliance.
Lead by example on the sales floor to deliver premium customer experience.
Motivate, coach and develop team to achieve targets.
Drive execution of store processes and standards for efficient operations.
Support recruitment, onboarding and training of new hires.
Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities to improve performance.
