Leica Biosystems is seeking a Customer Care Operations Lead in Italy to bridge the Global CoE with local markets. You will own instrument order fulfillment, resolve escalations, and ensure interactions meet global standards while honoring local requirements.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, strong communication and reliability, and ability to travel ~5% for workshops. You will collaborate across Commercial, Service, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to optimize

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent extensive experience in customer-facing roles.
Ability to independently assess complex situations and drive issues to resolution.
Experience coordinating across multiple functions in a matrix organization.

Mansioni

Oversee instrument order fulfillment, installations, relocations, and regional supply chain requirements.
Serve as regional escalation expert leveraging insights to resolve issues and improve satisfaction.
Partner with Sales, Service, Contracts, Tenders, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance to improve end-to-end experience.
Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements balancing global standards and local needs.
Represent market in the Customer Care Center of Excellence and drive training and standardization.
