Relais & Châteaux Castel Fragsburg near Merano seeks a friendly receptionist to welcome guests from arrival to departure, inform guests about stay conditions and hotel services, and coordinate with other departments.

The role requires charm, empathy, and excellent knowledge of German, English and Italian, with a passion for service in a small 5-star residence offering 20 suites and a unique guest experience. Placement from April to early November 2027.

The receptionist is responsible for:

• Welcoming customers from arrival to departure
• Informs the client about the conditions of stay, formalities and hotel services
• Transmits necessary information to other departments
• Switchboard management
• Cash management
• Correspondence management
