Relais & Châteaux Castel Fragsburg in Merano, South Tyrol, invites motivated interns for the 2027 season (April–November) to join the Food & Beverages team.

Responsibilities include managing mise en place, breakfast service, greeting guests, and maintaining order, with hands-on training in a boutique 5-star setting.

Job Description

For the 2027 season, from April to November

• managing the mise en place

Qualifications

The following qualifications are required:

• Good knowledge of English and German
• Complete profile: flexibility and positive disposition, communication, customer orientation and collaboration, openness to learning, team working

Additional Information

Internship placement between April and November for a minimum of three months.
