Relais & Châteaux Castel Fragsburg in Merano, South Tyrol, seeks an enthusiastic dining room professional for the upcoming season starting April 2027. You will be responsible for leading the service team and ensuring impeccable guest care across breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Requirements include trilingual fluency in German, English and Italian, strong wine knowledge, and at least three years in a similar role.

The Relais & Châteaux Castel Fragsburg is sat atop a mountain ledge overlooking Merano in South Tyrol, Italy. Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiast, idealist and go-getter for the next season starting from April 2027.

Inside the restaurant she/he is responsible for:

• leading, motivating and training the service team
• plan and coordinate daily work, supervise accounting management
• to supervise the mise-en-place of the tables and the service (lunch / dinner)
• to participate in the work and responsibilities of the dining room team
• to record orders, take care of the guest and pay attention to detailsto support the needs of the hotel in breakfast and room service
• to supervise the preparation of the room for all the services requested

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of German, English and Italian.
• A good knowledge of wines
• At least three years of experience in the same role
• Communication and management skills, customer orientation and teamwork complete the profile
