Relais & Châteaux Castel Fragsburg in Merano, South Tyrol, seeks an enthusiastic dining room professional for the upcoming season starting April 2027. You will be responsible for leading the service team and ensuring impeccable guest care across breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Requirements include trilingual fluency in German, English and Italian, strong wine knowledge, and at least three years in a similar role.

Mansioni

• Lead, motivate and train the service team.
• Plan and coordinate daily work, supervise accounting management.
• Oversee mise-en-place of tables and service (lunch/dinner).
• Participate in the work and responsibilities of the dining room team.
• Record orders, attend to guests and support hotel needs in breakfast and room service.
• Supervise the preparation of the room for all services requested.
