Alstom is seeking a Train Operation Support Engineer based in Milano Fiorenza Depot. You will provide real-time technical support to train drivers and operations teams, monitor systems remotely, and coordinate with control room and fleet management to ensure service recovery.

You’ll document findings and support post-event investigations with a focus on continuous improvement. Ideal candidates have an engineering background, experience with Train Monitoring Systems, and strong analytical and

Competenze

• Technical Diploma or Degree in Engineering or proven railway maintenance experience.
• Experience in Train Monitoring System development, validation or commissioning.
• Good knowledge of Tableau and PowerBI.

Mansioni

• Participates in critical task-force dedicated to troubleshooting when needed.
• Defines standard rules to analyse train diagnostic data.
• Defines standard sheet for troubleshooting during operational outage.
• Design diagnostic algorithms in collaboration with engineering team.
• Supports data analysts.
