ALSTOM Gruppe in Milano Fiorenza Depot seeks a Train Operation Support Engineer to provide real-time technical support to train drivers and operations teams, coordinate with the control room to monitor systems remotely, and respond to operational anomalies. You will troubleshoot and diagnose issues, prepare detailed reports, and collaborate with maintenance teams for repairs.

Educational requirements include a technical engineering degree or proven railway experience.

Competenze

• Experience with train monitoring systems and validation/commissioning.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail; able to work under pressure.
• Good knowledge of business analytics tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, and related data analysis platforms.

Mansioni

• Participates in critical task-force dedicated to troubleshooting when needed.
• Defines standard rules to analyse train diagnostic data.
• Defines standard sheet for troubleshooting during operational outage.
• Design diagnostic algorithms in collaboration with engineering team.
