Descrizione del lavoro

Alstom in Italy is recruiting a Fleet Support Center Engineer to provide real-time technical support to train drivers and operations teams, monitor locomotives remotely, and troubleshoot faults during service.

You will collaborate with maintenance teams, prepare detailed reports, participate in root cause analysis, and support post-event investigations to improve reliability and availability of rolling stock in an international mobility projects context.

Competenze

Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) or proven railway maintenance/operation experience.
Experience with Train Monitoring System development, validation or commissioning.
Knowledge of business analytics tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
