Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
3–4 years of related experience.
Strong ability to read/interpret complex drawings/blueprints.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement and maintain QA protocols to ensure product and process quality.
Conduct regular audits and inspections for compliance with standards.
Lead root cause analyses and manage corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Provide training and support to staff on current quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
