Job summary

Rotork plc is seeking a Quality Engineer to support the product development team in quality assurance, resolving defects and ensuring adherence to customer specifications. You will oversee all quality aspects within operations, leading QA protocols and audits, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.

Reporting to the Quality Supervisor, you will conduct audits, analyze performance data, and develop corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline.
• 3–4 years of related experience.
• Strong ability to read and interpret complex drawings/blueprints to understand parameters of components/products.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and standards (ISO 9001, etc.).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with RCA and quality tools (fishbone, 5W2H, 5Whys, Pareto, 8D).
• Fluency in English and Italian.

Responsibilities

• Provide QA support to product development, ensuring compliance with customer specifications.
• Develop, implement and maintain QA protocols to ensure compliance with standards.
• Lead root cause analyses and manage corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Provide training and support to staff on quality standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and review project plans and quality requirements.
