Job summary

Rotork Plc is seeking a Quality Engineer to support the product development team and ensure conformance to customer specifications. You will oversee quality within operations, lead audits, and drive continuous improvement across cross-functional teams in a hybrid environment.

The role requires a engineering degree, 3–4 years’ experience, and fluency in English and Italian. You will work closely with developers, project managers, and operations staff to uphold high quality standards and share

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong ability to read and interpret complex drawings/blueprints.
• Solid knowledge of quality management systems and ISO 9001.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with RCA and quality tools (fishbone, 5W2H, 5 Whys, Pareto, 8D).
• Full English and Italian language skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide QA support to the product development and resolve defects.
• Oversee quality in operations and ensure conformance to standards.
• Lead audits and NCR resolution with cross-functional teams.
• Conduct root cause analyses and manage corrective actions.
• Train staff on quality standards and best practices.
