Job summary

Rotork plc is seeking a Quality Engineer to support the product development team by ensuring quality across products, processes and systems. You will oversee QA protocols, audits and NCR resolution in cross‑functional teams to maintain highest standards.

The role reports to the Quality Supervisor and focuses on root cause analyses, corrective actions, staff training, and ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and related standards. Strong drawing interpretation and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline.
• 3–4 years of related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret complex drawings/blueprints.
• Knowledge of quality management systems and standards (ISO 9001).
• Experience with RCA and quality tools such as fishbone, 5W2H, 5Whys, Pareto, 8D.

Responsibilities

• Lead root cause analyses and manage corrective actions.
• Develop, implement, and maintain QA protocols and procedures.
• Conduct audits and inspections to verify adherence to standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve quality issues.
• Provide training on current quality standards and best practices.
