Job summary

Rotork plc is seeking a Quality Engineer to support the product development team and ensure products meet customer specifications. You will oversee quality within operations, collaborating with cross-functional teams to promote excellence in product and process quality.

The role reports to the Quality Supervisor and involves developing QA protocols, audits, root cause analyses, and staff training to maintain high standards, with a focus on continuous improvement across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field is required.
• 3–4 years of related experience is required.
• Strong ability to read and interpret complex drawings/blueprints.
• Good knowledge of quality management systems and standards (ISO 9001).
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with RCA and QA tools experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain QA protocols and procedures.
• Lead root cause analyses and manage corrective actions.
• Conduct audits and inspections to verify regulatory adherence.
• Provide training and support to staff on quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and meet quality requirements.
