Job summary

Rotork Plc is seeking a Quality Engineer to support the product development team in QA, resolving defects and ensuring customer specifications. You will oversee quality across operations, collaborating with cross-functional teams to promote excellence in products, processes, and systems.

The role includes developing QA protocols, conducting audits, leading root cause analyses, and training staff to apply current quality standards and best practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline.
• 3/4 years of related experience.
• Ability to read/interpret complex drawings/blueprints.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001).
• Analytical/problem-solving skills with RCA/quality tools.
• Fluent in English and Italian.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain QA protocols to ensure standards compliance.
• Conduct audits/inspections and resolve quality-related issues.
• Lead root cause analyses and corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Provide training and support to staff on quality standards.
• Review project plans/specifications to define quality requirements.
