Job summary

Rotork Plc is seeking a Quality Engineer to support the product development team in QA, resolving defects and ensuring products meet customer specifications. You will lead QA protocols, audits and continuous improvement across operations, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Reporting to the Quality Supervisor, you will drive root cause analyses, train staff, and ensure quality standards are clearly defined in project plans and specifications. Fluency in English and Italian is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline.
3–4 years of related experience.
Ability to read and interpret complex drawings/blueprints.
Strong knowledge of quality management systems and standards (ISO 9001).
Analytical and problem-solving skills with RCA and quality tools (fishbone, 5W2H, 5Whys, Pareto, 8D).
Full English and Italian language proficiency.

Responsibilities

Oversee quality within operations and promote excellence in products, processes and systems.
Develop, implement and maintain QA protocols and procedures.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to verify compliance with standards.
Lead root cause analyses and manage corrective actions.
Provide training and support to staff on quality standards and best practices.
Participate in project plans to ensure defined quality requirements.
