Job summary

Rotork is seeking a Quality Engineer to support the product development team, ensure customer specifications are met, and promote excellence across operations. You will oversee quality across processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help drive continuous improvement through data-driven audits and reports.

The role requires root cause analysis, training staff on quality standards, and leading corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline is required.
• 3/4 years of related experience.
• Strong ability in reading and interpreting complex drawings/blueprints.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and standards (ISO 9001).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills in depth RCA and quality tools (fishbone, 5W2H, 5Whys, Pareto, 8D).
• Full English and Italian language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead root cause analyses and manage corrective actions.
• Provide training and support to staff on quality standards.
• Develop and review project plans to ensure defined quality requirements.
• Conduct audits and inspections to verify compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues.
