Job summary

Rotork is seeking a Quality Engineer to support the product development team with quality assurance, resolve defects, and ensure compliance with customer specifications. You will oversee quality across operations and collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote excellence in processes and products.

The role includes leading root cause analyses, maintaining QA protocols, and training staff to apply current quality standards. Interaction with operations and project teams will be frequent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline.
• 3/4 years of related experience in quality roles.
• Strong ability to read complex drawings/blueprints.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality management systems.
• Advanced analytical skills with RCA and quality tools (fishbone, 5Whys, 8D).
• Full English and Italian language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide QA support to product development and operations teams.
• Lead audits, inspections and NCR resolution across functions.
• Develop, implement and maintain QA protocols and procedures.
• Conduct root cause analyses and drive corrective actions.
• Train staff on current quality standards and best practices.
• Collaborate on project plans to define and meet quality requirements.
